Welcome OEM business, provide each filament / spool on seal PE bag with desiccant , then smaller carton, then in big box package . We also have vacuum heated bag to replace of PE bag, make better avoid moisture.
Warranty, Returns, and Replacement
The Warranty of MINGDA products is 1 year. we offer free replacement during warranty. Returns are possible only on unused items, within 7 days of receipt. We will provide parts or service on items that prove to be defective from the time of manufacture, and we'll work with you to get your printer running again.
